Clear every wave. Zombies drop from the dark corners of the map and head straight for you — kills heal nothing, but each cleared wave tops you up and the shotgun and rifle unlock on waves 2 and 4. Headshots do triple damage.
In co-op, downed teammates can be revived by standing next to them for a moment. If everyone is down, the run ends.
